The old Good Guy/Bad Guy Experience I explained to the salesman that I did not want to negotiate and wanted a bottom line price. He went into the manager's office and came out with a mu I explained to the salesman that I did not want to negotiate and wanted a bottom line price. He went into the manager's office and came out with a much higher price then I anticipated (because I researched prices on line). He was informed that I have been buying cars for 50 years and was ready to walk. He talked me into staying and went back into the manager's office. When he returned he said that the manager wanted to see me. Out came Geno, an assistant manager. A bottom line price was then given to me on the back of his business card and I was told the price included "all incentives ". The price given to me for the Tucson at that time was excellent, I then asked about the incentives included and Geno said they were for military service and for being a loyal Hyundai customer. (I had already told the first salesman that I did not qualify for either of those incentives). That added $1,000 to the price immediately and I blew my top and raised my voice telling them I do not need this xx! I then walked out of the dealership, went to Delray Hyundai and purchased a new Tucson with no aggregation. More

Overall Good Experience Some features described by salesman were not on vehicle. Took 4 hours from time of test drive to when I left the dealers parking lot. waist of time Transition started out very smooth in the begining,then went down hill from there.Negotiated a price with the manager at around 2.30 pm then waited ar Transition started out very smooth in the begining,then went down hill from there.Negotiated a price with the manager at around 2.30 pm then waited around til around 6.30 pm waiting for someone in finance department to call me in.When called in after about 3 hours of waiting and unloading trade in cars belongings in to loaner car because new car was not on site) finance manager printed out sales agreement that was thousands more then agreed upon price.When sales manager was called in he claimed it was a misunderstanding.Did not purchase car and in the pouring rain had to reload my belongings from one car to the other and switch my plates on cars.Do not use this dealership unles you don not mind waisting alot of time..
