Bought a late model genesis only to find out they hadn’t checked. anything. After more than a month waiting to pickup car for a few very minor repairs, a few chrome trim, touch up paint, etc. I find out the checked. anything. After more than a month waiting to pickup car for a few very minor repairs, a few chrome trim, touch up paint, etc. I find out they never checked the oil , it was low and over 10000 mi since their last service, the AC doesn’t work and when I brought it back for a free oil change(which should have been done before even putting the car on the lot) it cost 160$ for filters that weren’t included. Every single person I spoke with misrepresented the car and their responsibilities. Don’t buy a used car from these guys. They make Carmax attractive! More
