Unreliable service, they don't call back when they say, Hyundai Genesis 2015 went dead on road only 1.5 years old. Had to get it towed to Napleton Hyundai Northlake. They had to replace computer. Then it h Hyundai Genesis 2015 went dead on road only 1.5 years old. Had to get it towed to Napleton Hyundai Northlake. They had to replace computer. Then it happened again a week later. Then they had to replace the fuel pump module. Now the car vibrates when sitting still. The seats and the steering wheel constantly shaking. Napleton says it is because the engine is running and that's just the way the car is. Either Hyundai Genesis is a very bad car or Napleton Hyundai is totally incompetent, or possibly both. I would stay away from both! On top of that, I can't get rid of the car because they say the current value is less than the end of lease value which is still over a year away. They want me to pay 100% of the remaining payments to the end of lease if I trade it in and buy a new one. Worst dealer service I have ever had. More

I used True Car and Napleton Northlake Hyundai was one of the dealers on the list of certified dealers. I went there, had a good test drive and bought the car. The salesperson was experienced, friendly and moved the process along quickly. I was shoen the service department; which was impressive in size and cleanliness. My car was delivered clean and functional. If you are looking for a Hyundai in the Palm Beach County area, give them a try. Update; wanted to cancel key replacement motor club that cost $399. Mgr. Said I could not cancel. I called the company providing this item and they sent cancellation form to me. Waiting for a refund for this and the service contract I canceled. Look out for excessive fees. More
