Overall good experience but I did leave with the wrong car. Generally working with Alex and Michael was a good experience. That being said, I do wish that when I brought the car I thought was mine back, that the new one was detailed as nicely. I get it we're all human but it was inconvenient to have to drive 35 minutes to make the switch. Despite that I still feel my overall experience at this dealership was pretty good. More
