The right sales person and real teamwork within makes things happen. I had Jay Gonzalez as my sales person through 2 leases at Napeltons, when this one is up I'll only work with him again. Overall good experience but I did leave with the wrong car. Generally working with Alex and Michael was a good experience. They were friendly, helpful, and made the negotiation process straight-forward. The mix Generally working with Alex and Michael was a good experience. That being said, I do wish that when I brought the car I thought was mine back, that the new one was detailed as nicely. I get it we're all human but it was inconvenient to have to drive 35 minutes to make the switch. Despite that I still feel my overall experience at this dealership was pretty good. More
