Bait and switch con artists Visited dealership a few months ago and was not able to make a deal. They called me two days ago and asked me to come back in. Told them they had all Visited dealership a few months ago and was not able to make a deal. They called me two days ago and asked me to come back in. Told them they had all my info and new the car I wanted to lease. They called back and gave me exact figures on a new deal which I confirmed with them three times over the phone prior to going to the dealership again to lease the car. Of course they could not do the deal they promised and offered all kinds of xxxxxxxx excuses.Classic car dealer bait & switch. I will never visit another Napleton dealership and strongly suggest to anyone interested that they are better off anywhere else. Terrible experience and a complete waste of my time. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME -there are many other dealers who will honor the deals they agree to forget Napleton North Palm Beach Hyundai!!! More

Oil Change I booked and they confirmed an 11a oil change. I arrived at 11a and was told there were 25 ahead of me and that it would be 3 hours of wait time for I booked and they confirmed an 11a oil change. Mike Fisher is the best I bought my car 5 yrs ago and he found me my perfect match. Listened to my needs and wants. A bunch of liers at this dealership I purchased a barely pre owned vehicle and was promised they would get me the spare key from the previous owner. It has now been almost a month since I purchased the vehicle and Edy, the person who sold me the car, now says there never was a spare key. So he lied to me at the time of purchase so he could secure a sale. I DO NOT recommend this dealership. More
