Jennifer Krause was my sales associate and words could not describe how helpful, kind & patient she was to my 92 year old parents. My parents had an amazing experience and can’t stop talking how Jennifer took care of them. I highly recommend this dealership in every manner to everyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Hyundai. The General Manager Lou Perri is a man of his word. He guaranteed me that my parents would not be sorry traveling 25 minutes to purchase this vehicle considering their age. He made sure all the paper work was completed and the vehicle was ready prior to our arrival and it was. Purchased a brand new vehicle, While signing documents Purchased a brand new vehicle, While signing documents to purchase the vehicle I specifically told the finance manager I did not want a service cont Purchased a brand new vehicle, While signing documents to purchase the vehicle I specifically told the finance manager I did not want a service contract. Upon reading documentation I realized that they fraudulently added service contract and maintenance to my vehicle purchase. I return back to the dealership the next day to have the general manager remove the service contract and he and I quote stated if I remove the service contract and the maintenance you’ll pay more for the vehicle. When you remove something you shouldn’t have to pay more for a vehicle.Upon reading documentation I realized that they fraudulently added service contract and maintenance to my vehicle purchase. I return back to the dealership the next day to have the general manager remove the service contract and he and I quote stated if I remove the service contract and the maintenance you will pay more for the vehicle. When you remove something you shouldn’t have to pay more. It’s common sense. He would not cancel the contract. They lied, and are deceitful. Especially the general manager Lou Perry. He was absolutely disrespectful No integrity. More

I asked $3500 for my trade in and they told the blue book for the car was only $2000. I countered at $3000 and their final offer was $2600. They would not budge , the manager Dave stated they were auctioning the car off so they would lose money. I came to get my car serviced today and there was my old car on their lot with a price tag $10,000. Manager Dave stated we over price all our cars and we would never get $10,000 for that car. So why are you over pricing your cars above the Kelley blue book.This place is a big scam. More
