He was my service writer with my prior ’11 Hyundai Genesis, and is now helping me with my current ’15 Genesis. Michael is the epitome of what a service writer should be. In addition to his excellent people skills, his service background makes him an excellent candidate to assist in troubleshooting more complicated issues. We are working on an odd one with my Genesis. We already found one trouble spot (the Satellite Antenna). He worked with my extended warranty department to get that authorized for replacement; we've now mapped out our plan going forward to help narrow down the other possible errant part. Grateful I purchased a 2020 Palisades on Jan. 28th. There was a slight dent and scratch on the hood. My salesmen ( Scotty Raul ) told me to bring it in so they I purchased a 2020 Palisades on Jan. 28th. There was a slight dent and scratch on the hood. My salesmen ( Scotty Raul ) told me to bring it in so they can repair it. I did so the following week. I waited the week because Scotty was going to be out on vacation. When I got it back. it was completely ruined by whomever tried to repair it. It was obvious that there was no repairing this vehicle. I was at a loss for words! I was then handed over to Carmen ( Rosi ) Palermo. God Bless her soul. She too saw that something was not right. She put me into a loaner and off I went. She assured me that she will be handling this matter personally. This was a Thursday. By the following Wednesday, My salesmen, Scotty Raul contacted me, telling me that Rosi has him looking for a new car for me. When I heard that from him I knew this was the right dealership to be at. I am forever thankful and pleased with how this whole incident was handled. As for Scotty Raul, all sales people should learn from him on how to treat customers. He is knowledgeable and respectful. I had my brakes looked at by a different service center at my last oil change and they said that the brakes needed to be done. Micheal was kind enough to be honest and tell me that my brakes were good for another 10,000 miles. Couldn't appreciate him enough. More

I am glad this is a lease and I am not stock with this dealership . I like Hyundai and want to get other one, but after this experience this will be my last time I ever will purchase Hyundai In my life because of people like this general manager Lou PERRI. He will be nice and friendly to buy car from him but then you are like like everybody else not important and does not care. Horrific I was bounced around to 4 different people and they wasted 2 hours of my time. Then this so called "Manager" came out and was extremely rude to the po I was bounced around to 4 different people and they wasted 2 hours of my time. Then this so called "Manager" came out and was extremely rude to the point that made me very angry. He treated me as if my business did not matter to him. So if this person, I wish I would have gotten his name, was hired to lose business, I give him 5 stars. I give the dealership -5 STARS!!!!! More
