Professional, Courteous and Great Car I had the opportunity to meet Anthony Orio at Napelton North Palm Hyundai. He was courteous and knowledgeable about everything Hyundai! I was impres I had the opportunity to meet Anthony Orio at Napelton North Palm Hyundai. He was courteous and knowledgeable about everything Hyundai! I was impressed with his kindness and patience to explain all I needed to know. He explained all options and choices. From the first phone call to the signing of papers, I felt comfortable and never pressured in any way. He went the extra mile, an asset to Napelton Hyundai. Mr. Munoz assisted with the financing and it couldn't have been easier. The dealership is complying to all CDC guidelines with mask on and sanitized. Never a worry about being there. I love my Hyundai and would recommend this dealership and associate to anyone interested in a car. More

agoI saw a 2013 Velostero on Carfax and also on ago I saw a 2013 Velostero on Carfax and also on cars.com for $7792 and I was interested I comunícate with Tracy Marchand by internet but when I go ago I saw a 2013 Velostero on Carfax and also on cars.com for $7792 and I was interested I comunícate with Tracy Marchand by internet but when I got there July 17 2020 a guy name Jose Messa was waiting for me outside cause according to him Tracy left for the day I took the 2013 red for a drive with Mr.Messa and I told him that I have my car a 2005 TC and that I want to trade plus that I could give also $3500 cash and I want $1500 for tc that make $5000 of from the internet price but after that Mr.Andrew Muñoz the finance got involved but after I was waiting the Veloster jump to almost $14000 after I sign the papers so he told me that he would fix that and to this day from July 17 2020 till today July 30 2020 I don't know how much the car cost me cause I try to return the car the next day and Mr. Muñoz told me that's not possible and he run.my credit about 10 times but still don't know how much the car cost me plus no warranty at all but I keep.a the papers he gave me plus I wrote everything about our conversation ...I want the Manager to call me or get in contact with me cause still to this date don't know how much finance cause me from $7792. I gave them my car ($1500) plus $3500 cash and I have the receipt plus every paper Mr Muñoz gave me he told me on July 17 3020 to sign papers with nothing on it that he would fill then out after the approval I can't return the car plus he hit me with VIP customer service I'm a mechanic I told him that I don't need that and even the radio in this car don't work I need manager to call me ....they got all my info with them special Mr. Muñoz ...I want to know why the car from $7792 went to $13,000 after my car $1500 plus $3500 cash you guys got my number just waiting on you manager or someone to call me my transaction was July 17 2020 I bought a 2013 Red Veloster ....and that mean $5000.00 ($3500.00 plus $1500 for the TC ) why still almost $14,000 for a 2013 Veloster ...need the manager to call me about this ...I can't transfer the pics but I have proof and pics to proof the car.com and Carfax More
Thank God I Didn't Waste My time I just called today to get more information about a car listed online.I spoke to someone named Scott who's attitude couldn't have been more curt. I called from Lakewood Ranch which is 2.5 hours away so I really wanted to get as much information as possible so I wouldn't waste a trip. This guy couldn't have been more abrupt and unprofessional. I wanted to get an idea of my trade value and was willing to give the Vin Number and send pictures. Nope. Won't do it at this dealership unless the car is there. All other dealerships had no problem doing this with,of course , the right to reevaluate upon a live look. I guess this Dealership must not do any out of town business. When i asked Scott for the extra dealer fees tapped on to the price of the car he mentioned the Dealer fee and title. I then asked about extra fees such as reconditioning or hidden fees and he said " that would be discussed upon your arrival". What a joke. I read online that this Dealership had sales people with lousy attitudes and tapped on excess fees. More
When a dealership makes it big, they no longer have the professional managers needed it to help out with issues in regards to good customer service. I bought my Hyundai Sonata Limited-2011 in California. professional managers needed it to help out with issues in regards to good customer service. I bought my Hyundai Sonata Limited-2011 in California. I had it serviced at Napleton Northlake since I moved to Florida 6 yrs ago. I don’t drive it much, specially since the last serviced. Just put 40,000 miles on the speedometers. Called to set an appointment for service and inquired about the cost of parts. It needs a new right tail light unit, the horn doesn’t work, door locks don’t work too well as well as windows. Stitching is falling apart in the rear headrest. Since parts cost money, and car is out warranty, I want to make sure I’m not going to over paid on parts. I talked to Nick who started lecturing me from the moment I said hello, without letting me talk to explained my needs and concerns. I appreciate feed back after I lay the issues with car, not for him to have treated me with such disrespect to not allowed me to speak about issues with car. He was annoyed and obviously arrogant with his lecturing me. I was never treated so rudely by a manager. If Rob, the service manager, whom I remember from the start, doesn’t call me back. I will take my car somewhere else. This dealership as it is, it’s not what I expected as far as customer service. More

The vehicle price on the sales contract was $2500 higher than t My buying experience was full of falsehood from the internet price to the added fees. The vehicle price on the sales contract was $2500 higher than the sticker price. The internet special discounted the sticker price by $3300 but the salesman would not discuss internet prices and the new car manager said the car was discounted. I can add and $23000 - $3300 does not equal a price $2500 higher than sticker price. The dealership added multiple fees I was shown removed and finally agreed on a price. When I got the final paperwork the dealership hid these fees under other line items. I would not recommend North Palm Hyundai. More

It's been five weeks loan was approved I have not received ANY paperwork, not even a Bill OF sale. I have left numerous messages for the manager Lou Perry, the financial manager Sal Caruso and for Mike the salesman. No one is returning my calls. I have received my first bill from the financing comp. so I do know they have my proper address. STAY AWAY. More
