On January 9, my wife and I drove from Tampa to West Palm to purchase a 2019 Nissan Armada. The trip was worth it. Anthony, David and Sal were great. My vehicle broke down and was towed to the closest dealership. My experience was horrible. Abby assisted but was hard to get a hold of but she had told me that she would contact me back at the end o dealership. My experience was horrible. Abby assisted but was hard to get a hold of but she had told me that she would contact me back at the end of the week for an update, did not hear from her. The next week, tried contacting her all week. Then came the 3rd week when we found out she was on vacation but no one was able to assist me. When I finally came to pick up my vehicle, the vehicle was making some noise and so I drove the vehicle back to the dealership. Dropped car back with Abby and she will contact me for a quote for repairs. At the end of the 3rd week, I called to check on my vehicle, no response. The 4th week comes around, with no response and by the end of the week, I contacted another service advisor, John and Michael. They said that they couldn't locate my car and it was not in the system. Michael finally located the vehicle on Friday and forwarded me to the auto body. The autobody shop finally got a hold of me and finally started working on my vehicle. My vehicle was finally completed. My car in total was at the dealership for over a month and a half. I did receive a call regarding my service satisfaction and was told the General Manager and/or Service Manager that they will call me regarding my experience. This has not occurred and has been already been 2 weeks that I have not heard back. I have dealt with many dealerships but by far this is the worst experience I've ever had to feel that they lost my car and did not offer a decent customer service. I would like to only thank Michael and John for assisting me as much as they could. Thank you for providing your excellent customer service as service advisors. More
