We were shopping for a Hyundai Santa Fe. We had a great salesman and the support staff was courteous and friendly. The buying experience while at the dealership wasn’t the worst. It was the empty promises and shady work that reared their ugly heads later which drove my rating down. Issues explained below. One of my complaints was the cup holder was ripped out of the center console and had to be replaced. They said they would order a new part and let me know when it was arrived. I bought the Jeep in October 2020. It’s now February 2021 and still no cup holder. The salesman kept telling me he was going to order the part, but stopped answering me when I asked again. Second issue was a missing key when I was at the dealer. The Jeep was previously owned by one of the employees’ wives at Napleton. They said the key was missing, but as things were wrapping up they came up with the key and said it was in the previous owners desk. The key never worked. When I put in a new battery the entire inside of the key was covered it gunk. I assume they knew the key didn’t work and that’s why they slipped me the key as I was leaving. Both of these issues add up to around $1,000. This makes it a real issue. More

These guys were totally professional, and negotiated with me fairly throughout each phase of the process. Scotty was personable as well as the Sales Mgr that ended up increasing my trade and was very pleasa me fairly throughout each phase of the process. The following day when I came back, the GM Lou Perry called me in the AM and then met me at the dealership. He gave me further information about my vehicle and provided me with the NADA information showing me the true value of the vehicle. The finance guy, Sal, was great. There were absolutely NO changes to my deal or pressure to add anything that wasn't needed. These guys are FIRST CLASS and take the pain out of purchasing a vehicle! Kudos to Napleton North Palm. On January 9, my wife and I drove from Tampa to West Palm to purchase a 2019 Nissan Armada. The trip was worth it. Anthony, David and Sal were great.
