Buying the car was fine. After the sale it was so bad I truly could not believe this bad of customer service still existed. I bought a new car from them and was told by the assistant manager that I would get the Platinum Plus service contract free and also the 3 year maintenance contract extended to 6 years free, he lied assistant manager that I would get the Platinum Plus service contract free and also the 3 year maintenance contract extended to 6 years free, he lied. I was charged for both and told at first I couldn’t cancel them. Thankfully after calling Hyundai corporate office I was told it could be canceled. Unfortunately I lost money in the cancellation process. Now I find out that the promise of getting both contracts free wasn’t honored even after they were caught in a lie. I advise anyone to stay away from this dealer and if you have a problem with them contact Hyundai corporate office and report it for the record and get a case number. I guess all that matters to them is the sale of a car even after one of their managers being caught lying. More
