If i could give 0 stars on this review I would. On May 30, 2021 I took my leased vehicle here so the dealer could buy it from me. I left there positive that I had gotten rid of the vehicle and didnt have 30, 2021 I took my leased vehicle here so the dealer could buy it from me. I left there positive that I had gotten rid of the vehicle and didnt have to deal with that ordeal anymore. Little did I know that almost 2 months later the car was still under my name. The dealer sent a check to Volkswagen without even calling to ask for a payoff quote. When I didnt receive a letter in the mail that the car was paid off and the account was closed I rapidly called Volkswagen credit to find out what was going on. Volkswagen credit then communicated to me that Napleton had sent them a check but that the amount was incorrect and that they still needed to pay $ 4,500 more so the account could be closed. So during all this time the car was under my name, it had 2 months of late payments and no one was doing anything about it. I called numerous times and talked to Eddie and Sal; 2 of the head managers of the Napleton Northlake dealer. They were rude, unprofessional and made me believe that they were taking care of the situation when they really didn't care. It was not until I finally showed up there in person that they finally began to take action. Nevertheless, it was too late. Because of their incompetence the only one affected was me. The car was not payed off in the time frame of two months, causing a huge impact on my credit score. Now I have a scar on my credit report and have to pay to repair it just because of their carelessness. Never ever come to this place!! I would never recommend it to anyone. More

Purchase a Car two weeks,ago at first everything was great. After purchasing the car everything went South. I was told there was two keys. When purchasing the car Scotty told me there was two keys. I asked them about the other key he basically dismissed me and walk away saying I already told you there's only one key which that was lie. I keep calling back leaving messages two managers no one return my call my best friend I gave him Scotty number purchase a car but with my bad experience he went to Stewart's to get is g90 .
