Lessons learned, dealerships don't change. Sales teams don't change and Napleton Hyundai is no different. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this location and after leaving noticed that I was taken don't change and Napleton Hyundai is no different. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this location and after leaving noticed that I was taken advantage of because I made it so easy with a trade in and decent credit and already knowing what vehicle I wanted upon arrival. During the test drive I mentioned the sound and the sealing on the window falling off the window and was told by Sean “that's a easy fix, you can do it from watching YouTube”. *These parts were cut from the window frame. When I drove off the lot my issue really intensified when I noticed that the main cabin noise was so high I couldn't even hear my wife in the passenger seat without her screaming and the radio and sub-woofer me turning it up so far. This is not safe at all or something that should have been missed during their inspection. I took the salesperson Sean advice and watched YouTube to try and fix the driver replaceable parts myself at cost of $150 making the appearance better but didn't resolve my sound issue. I was contacted by the service team and so I expressed my situation and was told to come in this morning for scheduled service. I drove a hour (Pembroke Pines to Palm Beach) for just to be told nothing was documented when arriving and waiting in the service line at 0800 and was sent from service department to sales team and - then sent back to the service department, because no one what to say or do.After sitting and waiting for someone to assist me I was asked if I was being helped for sales but not to respond to my issues. Around 1130 I observed other customers experiencing the negative culture of this place and was then told that their GM cannot help me - so I left knowing that this was a bad choice in life. Hopefully this helps anyone that is thinking about making my mistake. If they stand behind their sales it would be great but right now I am not impressed which is sad because I really like the vehicle other than this issue . I was contacted again by someone from the sales team with no regard other than checking the box. Sadly I didn't check the reviews of this establishment but am doing my part to warn others. *$600 later out of pocket after replacing the window sealing that was cut out as pictured. And multiple parts ordered and labor fees just so I can hear safely while driving. As a federal worker, prior service and customer I was taken advantage of and basically shown what they think of me and my business More
