Service department is a complete ripoff. This time the wife has to have the car towed in and they tell her the entire steering column has to be replaced. Either the mechanic is stupid or the service writer is trying to rip off my wife or both!! This is after it took them 2 days to even look at it. Then he tried to claim he texted the quote to my wife. We've had a horrible experience. The car we purchased had an oil change light come on, check engine light on and the wipe fluid doesn't work.
