He is so professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time and attention he gives when I bring my car in for service. I live on a budget like most people and one of the best things he does that helps so much is to update me on all of the status of my car. Tells me about my belts, tires, major services of when they are recommended and why it’s important to have them done at those times to keep my car running to the best of it’s ability. I then can prepare for the time and costs of those services. My old dealership used to wait until I was in for one service to spring that I needed something done and it was so frustrating when I wasn’t prepared for the expense. When I needed my belt changed, Daniel even had brought it to show me the wear. That’s why I trust him completely when I bring my car in for service. This is how customer service should be always!!! It was a very easy process to make an appointment ... the day before my appointment a V.I.P. salesman was assigned .. I received a text message from Christian Caso ... it made me very happy knowing he will be there when I arrive ...and when I arrive the next morning entering the showroom, I felt very welcoming ... the showroom was decorated with yellow, blue and purple balloons everywhere ... the showroom was extremely clean with spotless shiny floor ... everyone there talked in a low soothing voice ... since I already knew what I want, Chris took me on a test drive, we came back and sat down and started the fun part of "NEGOTIATION" ... I had no trade-in, so the number was easy to figure out ... soon we concluded the lease agreement .. looking back the entire process was so smooth and nonstressful.. I almost felt I was chatting with a newly acquainted friend ... Chris treated me with utmost respect He is very professional, personable, very friendly, and very pleasant in his demeanor .. He does care about his customers .... later on when I was ready to pick up the car, it turned out the car had just arrived dealership that morning and it needed inspection ... Chris jumped in the car and offered me a ride to work nearby ... once the car was ready .. again Chris went above and beyond to deliver the car to where I work .... I was so impressed with him, his dedication, and his work ethic.. It made me feel so so good to be treated nicely again ....
