Horrible Sales Staff When I arriviedt the dealer to drop my wife's car for service, I met with a salesman. I told him up front that I am not buying a car today I just want to look. He said that is not problem. After looking the young imature salesman and my self talked a littlebit about price. That was a huge mistake. I had to tell him again I am just looking not buying a thing today. He started using cheessie line "I am going to tell you the truth we are only making $150 on this car. I laughed! At this point knowing I am being lied to I was done. He told me to take the car home come back this afternoon to sign the paper work. I told him I am just looking not buying. This went on with him pushing and pushing for about 5 minutes. At one point I told him I had better offer from another dealer. This kid actually sent me a text saying that dealer is xx me and he would never lie to a customer. I had the offer on paper from the dealer. The rest of the sales staff stood in the lobby talking about customers that drove up. If you want to bad mouth a customer don't do it by other customers. Like I said was not buying but Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville treated me so good and did not have a problem with me not buying just looking. I was so impressed with the entire staff that I went back and bought a new Sonata from them. I will say that the service department and the techs are among the best and that is all this store has going for it. Thank you Mid Rivers Kia for being a pushing, imature, nag because I found a very professional dealer in Wentzville. And if you want a Kia gov to Lou Fuz much easier to deal with. More

Chris Cayce gave us one of the best car buying experiences we have had. We were just out to compare this vehicle with two vehicles at other dealers. We hadn't even dreamed of coming home with this vehicle today. We talked through the pluses and minuses of purchasing each vehicle we were looking at with Chris. Chris listened, did a very good job of explaining why this Edge best fit our needs, put together a good and fair deal and made it impossible to even take a few hours to leave and think about it. (It took less than five minutes once the details were explained.) Mike Ozanic, like Chris, was excellent. And again, this finance experience was one of the best we have had when buying a car. We decided on a price and the dealership agreed. We were ready to pick it up. Then, the trouble started. Apparently the GM wasn't aware I was using my own bank's financing instead of theirs, so he stopped the deal. Even though the deal had already been made and the salesman and the sales manager were aware I wanted to use my own financing. I didn't even find out until my bank guy called and told me the dealership gave him the run around. Apparently it's all because of a "miscommunication" between the sales manager and the GM. Not my fault. So then the GM says I "can" use my own bank but the price of the car is raised. No thanks. I don't do business with people who don't stand by their word. I will never recommend any Napleton's store. UPDATE: We were contacted by Ted, the general manager, to resolve the situation. He apologized and offered us the original price. We appreciated his willingness to correct the mistake and will use Napleton's again. More

They helped us with our trade and gave us an upfront fair price on a Kia Sportage. The experience was so easy we also bought an Optima! Chris also followed up with us a few days after the sale to make sure everything was OK. I have never had that from a dealer before. I highly recommend them. More

A week later Matt contacted me and let me know they had just got a truck in that met my needs. The wife and I immediately made the hour and a half drive to go look at this truck. It was everything I had expected. Within a couple hours we were on our way home with a new truck. Excellent customer service there at Napleton Mid Rivers Kia! More

Very unsatisfied; poor customer service! When i bought my 2010 Yukon Denali, Napleton's knew there was an issue with the after market radio in it and told me they would fix it. Took it back i When i bought my 2010 Yukon Denali, Napleton's knew there was an issue with the after market radio in it and told me they would fix it. Took it back in on a later date to have it fixed because the screen kept blacking out and the radio was draining my battery dead; After taking it to "fix" it, they brought it back to me claiming there was nothing wrong besides the settings and that the radio had been rewired previously and was fine. Still, 2 months later, the radio continues to draw juice and runs my battery dead on a weekly basis. Very frustrating that Napleton's claimed they couldn't find anything wrong besides settings when clearly the radio is wired wrong and we will have to fix it ourselves to ensure that it is done correctly!! Very poor customer service! More
