This was my first experience with this deale The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business. Nightmare radio in new 2018 Kia Soul My husband and I bought our second Kia Soul Memorial Day weekend. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles in my car, but I do require a fully funct My husband and I bought our second Kia Soul Memorial Day weekend. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles in my car, but I do require a fully functioning radio. This car's radio did not work good and we began working with Jerry Gritt on the problem. After 4 visits to the shop, our frustration was very high when we left our car at the shop on August 28 and we still didn't have a solution on November 19. Thanks to a team effort by Jerry, Justin Norvell, Shannon Slover and Patrick Piper, we have a new 2019 Soul. Jerry was always pleasant whenever we called and he arranged the use of a car while our car was in the shop for nearly 3 months. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends. Everyone that we worked with was courteous and pleasant. Thanks especially to Jerry Gritt and Justin Novell for solving our problem. More
