I had my oil changed yesterday. I thought I had more free ones. Without checking he said no. I ask them to see if they can figure out why the brake light was going on and off. Three hours later the young man who waited on me, brought me my paper work. Normal looking nothing needed. I ask about the brake light, he went back outside. He said he didn't know why it hadn't printed out for me. He told me I had no brakes. He said it was metal on metal AND I needed new rotors. I have a nephew who is a mechanic. He owns his own shop. I had him check my brakes and rooters. Rear tires have 90% left. Front tires have 50% left. Nothing is wrong with the rotors. You want to tell me why this young man straight up lied to me. You won't see me around the shop anymore. I wouldn't trust what was said to me. More
I purchased a kia in February and was told it would arrive at the dealership within 7 days. At the 4th week we tried to cancel the sale. I looked at the inventory on the lot and found a 2022 kia with 1 arrive at the dealership within 7 days. At the 4th week we tried to cancel the sale. I looked at the inventory on the lot and found a 2022 kia with 11 miles and asked if I could switch the purchase since it was available. I was told that it was the exact same kia. 8 months later my kia was stolen and I called kia because I purchased the anti theft program for $400. I was told that the kia I had didn't have that benefit. I have called the dealership multiple times to get a refund and have not heard anything. I have also called about a refund for the extended warranty that I purchased and nothing. I'm not surprised this location had a lawsuit for discrimination and adding extra unnecessary costs to people's loans. I would tell everyone to stay away from this place and definitely go somewhere else. Now I'm wondering if the kia I drove off the lot was even worth what I paid for the original kia I signed the contract for. More
