On 1/21 I contacted Napleton’s kia about not receiving my title in the mail yet. I was told that it just came in and I could come out and pick it today. Great get there girl and desk couldn’t locate it. I as title in the mail yet. I was told that it just came in and I could come out and pick it today. Great get there girl and desk couldn’t locate it. I asked her about not getting title it had been over a month and my temp tags have expired. She goes & speak with finance guy Darrell Burton who told her for me to call on Monday. I asked her to have him come out and speak to me. He was defensive when I asked him about him telling me I would have my title before tags expired and they would be mailed to my home. He also stated I should have came in during business hours 8-5:30 pm but the dealership is open until 9 and people are still buying vehicles that’s why he was still there at 8:30 pm & I was told they close at 9 pm. I asked him for his card he doesn’t have any but will write his name on note. He came back out with generic business card and wrote the name Wayne Myers on it and took his name tag off which I already knew his name. Being professional he was not. Just because you have closed the deal doesn’t give you the right to treat me with disrespect. I guess he wanted me to be apart of the many citizens him and his friends snap pictures of with expired temp tags. My sales person Faybian Dickens was helpful in the purchase of vehicle. More

Darwin Cunningham is an unprofessional bully!!! We were treated less than dirt and lied to repeatedly there a year ago when we purchased our new Telluride. Fast forward a year later after they had been treated less than dirt and lied to repeatedly there a year ago when we purchased our new Telluride. Fast forward a year later after they had been HOUNDING us to bring our Telluride in for an appraisal, nagging us to buy it back from us and emailing us a huge figure to lure us in, we get there and are treated like crap again, he raised his voice and completely offended us LOUDLY in a waiting room full of people and told us to “go see what Carmax will give ya for it” More
