Shady dealings Wow!!!! This is the worst dealership ever. No one communicates with each other and you have shady practices. Lets see, I make an appointment for Augus Wow!!!! This is the worst dealership ever. No one communicates with each other and you have shady practices. Lets see, I make an appointment for August 1st. You service department keeps my vehicle for two weeks with no calls. Then they call me and say hey we have to reschedule you for a week and a half later. When I finally get it in there you cant get the gas tank I need, get a used tank (that had the same problems mine did) and charge me a $1000 to install it. No one inspected the tank before they gave it too me. So I'm out a grand there. Then they tell me "oh we have a modified tank filler tube (whatever its called) and that it would be covered under warranty. So again I feel scammed. Then, I get emails about your dealership wanting used jeeps and I took you up on it. Sure you say, we have a jeep you like and we will get it for you. Great. I'm asked to give a $500 deposit. you know to prove I'm serious. I wait almost two weeks. We're sorry, the jeep has a $6000 lift and we cant get the jeep for you unless you want to pay the extra. Again, feels like I'm being scammed. Wait this is the best part, I say no thank you and just give me my $500 back. No problem, but we don't have it. See the dealership cashed the check I gave for the deposit unknowingly to me, which I found out through my bank statement when I was checking it. We will have to mail you a check. Again, feels like I'm being scammed. I give them my correct address, face to face, we wrote the correct address down and I wait a week. Would you believe no check. I go back to the dealership and they give me the General Manager. I believe his name is Gary. He tells me he is sorry it was mailed to the wrong address. Remember, we went thru writing my address down correctly. Gary fills out a form and says ok this went to the wrong address and Gary and I fill out a slip requesting a check with correct address AGAIN. Here it is almost three weeks total and again NO CHECK!!!!!!!!!!!! So I will be heading back up to this crooked dealership again tomorrow and try to get my money back. Worst part of this, you are sending me an email asking me how I like my new vehicle, a month later. Just dumb. Plain and simple unprofessional and dumb. Thanks for nothing Gene More

Service and Salesman At my Oil Change/Tire Rotation service appointment Tuesday 10-27-15, I was concerned about what Nick Ellison, Service Consultant said regarding my tir At my Oil Change/Tire Rotation service appointment Tuesday 10-27-15, I was concerned about what Nick Ellison, Service Consultant said regarding my tire tread wear, I felt confused that a 2015 Journey purchased December 2014 should be having tire issues already! Nick Ellison answered each of my questions and suggested a Four Wheel Alignment at this appointment and a Tire Rotation to be done the next oil change. I approved and went to wait. As I was walking through the dealership sales floor area, I was looking for Matt Allin, Sales Consultant who worked with me when I purchased the vehicle. I trust Matt Allin and was going to discuss with him, what I had been told about the tires. It was a day off for Matt, but as I walked on heading to the waiting area, I met Austin Ramsey, Sales Consultant. We exchanged greetings and he asked if there was some way he could be of help to me. I explained my concern and he answered my questions with an understanding of why I possibly needed this Rotation.. I quickly learned that Austin Ramsey is a very nice young man, well spoken, knowledgeable, a true people-person and interested in assisting me in whatever way possible. He was as genuine with me as Matt Allin has been. During our discussion, he actually went to talk with the Mechanic. And, I soon learned, everything was on track regarding my Journey. Service was terrible, unfriendly and fraudulent. Was told sway bar linkage was bad and needed to be replaced. Was told it was unsafe to drive. Took to local mechanic who we've been going to for years and th sway bar linkage was bad and needed to be replaced. Was told it was unsafe to drive. Took to local mechanic who we've been going to for years and they said there was nothing at all wrong with the sway bar linkage. Was also told that the left tie rod end was bad. Local mechanic said there was only very slight play in the tie rod ends. He would not recommend replacing them for quite some time. Would check them at each oil change. I feel that they are trying to bully customers into having repairs done that are not needed by stating that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. We are very dissappointed in them as this is the second time they have told us something was in need or repair when it was later show NOT to be the case. We will never purchase from them again nor will we use their service department. Any you wonder why dealership service departments have a bad reputation. They were also going to charge 1200.00 to replace the tires. We had the same tires put on at a different location for HALF that price. Do not give them your business. More
