A continuously awful experience beyond the sale. If I had to do this all over again, I would not... at least not at Napleton's Mid Rivers. I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Upland; no previous owners. I am now on my 4th visit to the service department to address issues; yes, multiple. At this point, I have experienced radio issues; transmission issues; and now possibly an engine issue. Most recently, my car just completely shut off while in drive at a stoplight. While I understand they cannot address an issue if it cannot be found, nor replicated, the headache and continuous heartache will never be worth such an investment. The General Manager, Mike, is often frustrated with my upset. Hello! BRAND. NEW. VEHICLE. Of course I am upset! I am also in the middle of wasting an hour of my day attempting to get ahold of the service department whom has my vehicle. Please, spare yourself. More

Made a service appointment and was told when I arrived that I need to take it to the ford dealer for a diagnostic. Scheduled a appointment with Ford and was told I was responsible for a $145 service fee. Contacted the dealer and got the run around about if they would pay for the service fee, remind you I just purchased the vehicle two weeks ago. I will be returning the vehicle since it’s less than 72 days I’ll never recommend anyone to them, janky car dealer. More

Botched oil change I am giving one start because that’s the lowest score. I would rate in the negative. I called to set up oil change appointment got message. No ret I am giving one start because that’s the lowest score. I would rate in the negative. I called to set up oil change appointment got message. No return call eventually drove to shop to make appointments. Finally get in for oil change. Two days later oil light comes on turns out they brake oil cooler and all the oil sprays all over and when I checked oil does not show up on stick. Car has to be towed to shop and spend all day waiting for repair. Did not offer to give me loaner. Said did not have any. More

I took half a days leave from work to attend an appointment at the service department, just to be turned away with an excuse that they are overbooked and can not help me. They never return your call, you can never get hold of the manager, nobody seems to care. The next step is now the BBB. BAD SERVICE !! More

I towed my vehicle under warranty to them for checkup 3 weeks back and they never called me back with any updates. Whenever I called them, the receiver routes me to the service department and no one picks up the call, every time it goes to the voice mail. I left few voice mails as well and I would not get any call back from them. They could not provide a loaner car as well and they sent me to a nearby car rental company to pick a car after paying $50 as security deposit. As per warranty I was supposed to get a similar vehicle as a loaner car as my car and to my disappointment, I get a smaller and low end car. I will not recommend anyone to this dealer. More
