Be very careful letting this service department perform maintenance on your vehicle. I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 limited in January 2022. In November 2022 I had my 2nd oil change completed here. After maintenance on your vehicle. I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 limited in January 2022. In November 2022 I had my 2nd oil change completed here. After that oil change I smelled burning oil while driving home. I immediately took the truck back to the dealership and they found that the technician didn't tighten the oil pan screw. 3 months later I had oil leaking onto my driveway. They acted like I was imagining the oil in my driveway, but they agreed to do a dye test. After driving the vehicle for 500 miles they used a used a special light to attempt to locate the leak. They thought it was coming from the oil pump so they replaced it. After they replaced the oil pump I continued to smell burning oil and what I thought was burning antifreeze coming through my vents and under the hood. After several more oil changes I took it in again for the oil/antifreeze smell. They didn't even lift the truck up to evaluate for a leak. They simply did a pressure test for the antifreeze smell and advised that they couldn't find any issues. Approximately 2 months after that visit I found more oil in my driveway. This time it was much more than the previous times. I contacted the service department and they refused to call me back. I called several times and left messages for Josh in service. I contacted Ram and they had my take the truck to Century in Wentzville. When they evaluated the truck they found oil leaking from the oil filter. In fact I had lost over half a quart of oil. The technician advised that the oil filter was close to completely coming off. He said one more rotational turn due to vibration while driving and the filter would have fallen off and all of the oil would have drained out and my motor would have seized up. They checked the filter and determined that it was never tightened during my last oil change which was approximately 4 months prior. They also determined that there was burnt oil all over the underside of the truck which is why we kept smelling burnt oil. It was spraying on the exhaust while driving down the road. This dealership has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. Buyer beware if you let them work on your vehicle. Took out 2023 Grand Cherokee here for service on the bumper that the clips broke on, when we picked up our vehicle after the bumper clips were replaced we seen that they bent the fender and the bumper i bumper that the clips broke on, when we picked up our vehicle after the bumper clips were replaced we seen that they bent the fender and the bumper is not placed correctly. We showed the service advisor the bent fender and she said that she would reach out to us the following Monday because the service manager was gone. On Monday she asked for more pictures and said that she would talk with the body person and schedule us to have these items fixed and that she already had a car set aside for us. It’s been several weeks and we have not heard from anyone at the dealership. Now the spot on the fender is starting to rust. This is a new vehicle and I would have hoped to get in back in the same condition that we dropped it off in however that was not the case and now they are not fixing what they damaged. This place has gone down hill in the past 15 months we have bought several new vehicles here but will never do so again. Hopefully they will return our calls and fix our vehicle. More

This would be about the 5th time we have purchased vehicles from Napleton automotive group but it will be the last time. I purchased a GMC Acadia Denali a year and a half ago. The finance guy lied to vehicles from Napleton automotive group but it will be the last time. I purchased a GMC Acadia Denali a year and a half ago. The finance guy lied to us about our warranty and then they would not honor it. We purchase an extended warranty on a 2021 Dodge Ram and we took the truck in to use that warranty and now I'm at 3 weeks and 5 to 6 messages that have not been returned Not very happy with the dealership at this point and will be canceling the warranty More

Dan Loggings reached out to me Wednesday about what is/was going on with my car. We talked for a few and he was able to get me into Honda today Thursday May 5th after 5 months of this place not fixing my car the guys at Honda did it in a day. Thank you so very much Sam Jones and Lerry Layton for everything and getting my car back to great. I am so happy and will continue to bring my car to you from now on. More
Service Department is in utter chaos, brought truck in for service, after day five of calling and no returned calls as promised, was told mine was next to be looked at? So I picked up my truck called service manager and he got me scheduled for following week, dropped off was given a loaner, 8 days later after calling said it was done, picked up and on drive home, all the sensors they said they fixed pop back on, so a battery disconnect was there short term solution, also my driver side door was not put back together properly. Use to love the service Department, now I wouldn't trust them with my lawnmower! More
