While buying the car was fine and everyone was helpful, service is another issue. I called Alex made an appointment for Friday at 3 to have a vibration checked out and get a rental car, I get there and service is another issue. Patrick makes me an appointment for last Thursday and was told I would have a rental car (I have to get to work) to bring it in at 7:30 am, I did. Only to be told there is no rental car and it will be days before they can even look at it. So, that Thursday afternoon I call again trying to get something scheduled and got a lady who tells me that I’m first on the list, they have a car coming back that day and they will call me. So, 4 days later I’m still waiting on a call. In the mean time, my car is at Lou Fuze being looked at and I got a rental car, same day service. More
