If I could rate 0, I would. They did a good job trying to hide the fact my vehicle was clearly in a wreck of some kind. The back bumper was MISSING ALL THE CLIPS and so on my drive home from buying it, the bumper fell down and the exhaust pipe BURNED the bottom of my bumper. Also, 30 minutes into driving home it became obvious the alignment was off as well, the car veers to the side when the wheel is straight - thankfully, it's able to be driven, but this should have been noted about the car, as well as the damages on it. Also, I feel like this is kind of lazy of them, but the gas tank was almost empty and the car was clearly not even attempted at being vacuumed. When you open the multiple compartments it had some kind of debree in all in them... again, very telling of lazy workmanship and trying to hide what they don't want you to see. There was even cobwebs visible where the spare tire stuff is - it's just being pure lazy in what they sell at that store. SO... we had a difficult time getting a hold of someone in regards to our concerns. Once my boyfriend finally talked to someone, some things were addressed, but we knew we'd have to discuss more stuff while in person. Our biggest concern about the bumper issue and the body damage on the car, was that the bumper underneath (the padding and what not) would be shot and basically worthless. I tried expressing this, but the manager we spoke to didn't even want to listen. He just kept saying they will put the clips on there and that it was only cosmetic. HE HADN'T EVEN LOOKED AT IT! He was so clearly just trying to shut me up and get us out of the way. I honestly, just wanted to be assured that there wasn't actual damage underneath so that if my car would be in a wreck, that I would be protected. But no.... he wouldn't even bother hearing my concerns. So, we dropped the car off and took the loaner while I went to a doctor's appointment - we were out about 5 hours waiting to hear back from them. Once we were done with errands and killing time waiting for them to call, we decided to just head back to the dealership (oh and by the way... the loaner car, we had to put gas into as well, because it also was LOW... thanks Napleton) and my boyfriend went inside to check the status of the car. Well.... as it turns out, the guy said they didn't have the right size clips like he thought and so we'd have to pick it up the next day instead. He didn't bother calling... ...he told us this would be resolved beforehand... ...and now, we were stuck having to drive another hour both to and from the dealership - AGAIN! So, when my boyfriend got off work the next day he goes and picks up the car - brings it home - trusting that they would do what they said - BIG MISTAKE! The only thing done was do the bumper the best they could and topped off the gas tank that I had already filled (because almost no gas in the car was a complaint we had). When my boyfriend arrives home, tired from his day, he comes out with me to inspect the car only to realize that they did not do what they said. For starters, if they vacuumed at all, once again they didn't bother cleaning the middle seat area compartments - and it's not like it's tiny compartments, it's stuff that should be vacuumed out and easily done so - but, that's not so much a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Here is where we are super ticked off: we were promised tire rotation on the car - the front tires had like a 3 on the tread and it was clear during it's duration (which only has like 15k miles) it has never been rotated, so they told us they would take care of that, we have the paperwork that says that the tire rotation was done and we were grateful - UNTIL, my boyfriend got home and while outside with me, noticed that THE TIRES WERE NEVER ROTATED! THEY LIED!!!! At this point, I am fully outraged as I'm sure you can tell. We are so exhausted with this dealership that we aren't going back there ever again. We are not even going back to have them correct the screw ups they keep making. It's just not worth it! Oh and to make all this better, they practically shoved that stupid Napleton Experience on us, when they KNEW we didn't want it (we also live no where near any Napleton dealership, which they KNEW, so here we are, stuck paying for those extra fees that we didn't want, and now knowing how they can't even be trusted to begin with and definitely just suckered us big time. If nothing else, this was definitely an eye-wide open kind of experience - LESSON LEARNED. I will be making sure that any and everyone I come in contact with knows exactly how this dealership treated us. They also pressure you to do reviews right there on the spot, which I didn't like because I wanted to take my time and write a good review, but now that they treated us like garbage once we were out the door... HERE IT IS! P.S. The rude manager that wouldn't even entertain my concerns was named Ryan Pieske. Smiles when he wants you to buy something, but he's a jerk when you have an issue. I guess since we bought a used car, we weren't worth his time or attention. More
