Brought our 2021 Wrangler in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Staff was friendly. Was very displeased with the 2 hour wait for my vehicle. Longest oil change and tire rotation of my life. The vehi tire rotation. Staff was friendly. Was very displeased with the 2 hour wait for my vehicle. Longest oil change and tire rotation of my life. The vehicle didn't even recieve the wash because of broken equipment. To top off the experience my oil change reminder wasn't even reset. All this after waiting 2 weeks to get into the appointment. Very poor service department. I will never use the service department again. I highly recommend avoiding. More

The moment I walked in the dealership I felt valued. Jessica took time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to force me into something that wasn't a good fit. She was extremely knowledgeable and her outgoing personality made even the most mundane steps of the buying process enjoyable. Such a great feeling driving off the lot in a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L and not second guessing my decision for a second. Can't recommend Jessie and Napleton Mid Rivers CDJR enough! More
