My husband and I went there looking for a Honda Pilot that we seen online. By the time we got there the car ended up being sold. Nate listened to what we wanted and what was important to us as far as our that we seen online. By the time we got there the car ended up being sold. Service Department is in utter chaos, brought truck in for service, after day five of calling and no returned calls as promised, was told mine was next to be looked at? So I picked up my truck called ser for service, after day five of calling and no returned calls as promised, was told mine was next to be looked at? So I picked up my truck called service manager and he got me scheduled for following week, dropped off was given a loaner, 8 days later after calling said it was done, picked up and on drive home, all the sensors they said they fixed pop back on, so a battery disconnect was there short term solution, also my driver side door was not put back together properly. Use to love the service Department, now I wouldn't trust them with my lawnmower! More
