Jess sold us our J New Post - Update from prior post. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Napleton but, most importantly Jess! Jess sold us our Jeep Renegade 3 years ago and that was the best experience I had ever had purchasing a vehicle...Until this experience with our purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jess far exceeded our expectations with regards to all aspects of the process! She remembered us, our names, and even remembered what we wanted to drink (how we took our coffee and my liking of coca-cola). This was very unexpected and made the experience that much more special! Jess took time to go over each of the Grand Cherokees they had on the lot with us, explain the differences, and eventually helped to narrow the selection down to two of the many they had. As someone who manages a staff of over 50 employees in an industry where customer service is nearly everything, Jess far exceeded what is expected in the service industry! I would be very lucky to have her as an employee, as you can tell she genuinely cares about the customer, their needs, their family needs, and helps to ensure buying the right vehicle is as easy as can be! All that being said, Jess is just a great, genuine, caring person who makes buying a vehicle not feel as if you are being forced into something you do not want; she will work with you until you are 100% satisfied, and that is something you do not find at many car dealerships - she is and will continue to be the sales-person we work with from here on out and if anyone I know is in the market for a vehicle I know exactly where to send them. She truly provides "white glove" or "red carpet" customer service and I could not be more impressed and thankful for her over these past two buying experiences! Below is my original review from 3 years ago. Napleton is a great dealership and while I mainly spoke about Jess above, Mike in finance was great, Bruce was very helpful, and so was Nate! Everyone made us feel as if no matter what the question or concern was that it would be addressed! Also, the follow-up by Jess and management is nice; the communication during and after purchasing a vehicle at this dealership feels as if you are entering a club where you know you will always be taken care of! So, if you are looking for a great dealership, friendly and very helpful staff, and great selection, I would urge you to go on into Napleton Mid Rivers! More
Sheldon Casey was cool to start as my salesmen other than sending me home with expired inspections causing me to come back to the dealership and wait while they re-inspected for me. Next, Mike Renfrow has do sending me home with expired inspections causing me to come back to the dealership and wait while they re-inspected for me. Next, Mike Renfrow has done nothing but lie to me as my Finance Manager. The numbers were off from original deal, and after confronting him he said he would take care of the difference by cutting me a check. This still has not happened 2 months later and now he will not return my texts or calls. Overall, I feel like I have been taken for a fool and robbed of hundreds of dollars. I would stay away from this place unless you like being lied to and cheated. More
