As a first-time, new car purchaser,I was expecting to go through the wringer on my purchase. Not so at Autobarn of Countryside Mazda! I emailed on a Thursday to confirm that the cars advertised were indeed through the wringer on my purchase. Not so at Autobarn of Countryside Mazda! I emailed on a Thursday to confirm that the cars advertised were indeed in stock and available for the advertised internet price. I received two emails and a phone call the same day. I went in on Saturday afternoon and drove off with the Mazda 3 I wanted for the price advertised, 0% financing, no haggling, no fuss!I even got a copy of my credit score for free! I never felt pressured or rushed to purchase the car and everyone there was very nice. My salesman was Bartt Bryniarski and the Finance Manager was Mohamed Yazdani. Both were wonderful to deal with as first-time car buyer. Countryside was a little out of the way for me but I will go back as long as they maintain the honesty and integrity that was displayed during my car purchase. Keep up the good work, and zoom-zoom! My experience at the Countryside Mazda dealership was very rewarding. I had a great sales associate in Mr. Roberto Sandoval. I was initially looking to get into a different vehicle but the monthly paym very rewarding. I had a great sales associate in Mr. Roberto Sandoval. I was initially looking to get into a different vehicle but the monthly payments would have been outside of my price range. However, my sales associate did everything he could to find a vehicle that would work for me and my family as well as fit into the price range that I was looking for. At the end of the day I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle selection, but even more satisfied with the amount of care and consideration that was shown to me by Mr. Roberto Sandoval. He alone made my trip worthwhile by going to bat for me with the financing institution until we came to a reasonable agreement. There should be more sales associates with the level of professionalism, balanced by the level of compassion and consideration to provide the best service as we received from Mr. Roberto Sandoval. There is a "Internet Sales" portion of the dealer. You visit their web site and view their inventory to see the prices. They take around $1000 to $3000 off the MSRP (amount depends on trim of dealer. You visit their web site and view their inventory to see the prices. They take around $1000 to $3000 off the MSRP (amount depends on trim of your selection), which they call their "Internet Price" So when you walk in the door, you are not trying to haggle down from MSRP. Its only up to you to negotiate your trade in value and a little more on the price. They added some specials for the month and I was below dealer invoice without any haggling at all. They showed me the itemized numbers from the cost of the vehicle, taxes, title fees and bottom line monthly payments without having to sign anything. I had a 180 degrees different experience at the first Subura dealer I visited. If I have the choice, this is the only way I will shop for a new vehicle in the future. More

Attempted to buy a 2012 Mazda 5 Grand Touring. Everything looked fine until I told them the price I was willing to pay for. Despite 2 previous purchases from Countryside Mazda, the finance manage Everything looked fine until I told them the price I was willing to pay for. Despite 2 previous purchases from Countryside Mazda, the finance manager asked where did I get my price and I provided him with a detailed consumer reports car report listing the bottom price. Needless to say he was over $700 from my price (including a made up Chicago assessment tax that doesn't exist). He also informed that if he would sell the car at that price, he would lose money. I politely said "thank you" in Polish and so did he and I left after 4 hours (they are very very slow on Saturdays). 2 days later I bought the same car for the price I originally wanted at Autobarn at Evanston with no issues. Go figure. Is Countryside a bad dealer? No, certainly not. I actually service my Mazda 6 at their place and will likely service my new Mazda 5. They are friendly and professional, but keep in mind that if you are a customer who knows and researched their prices, they are not very willing to work with you. More
Our sales person was very friendly and helpful. We are Costco members and were utilizing their auto purchase program. I stopped by the Autobarn in Countryside (Mazda) to look at a Mazda 6 I Grand Touring. I had been shopping for a few weeks. Basam was wonderful! He had the car pulled up before I got to the dealership. We s at a Mazda 6 I Grand Touring. I had been shopping for a few weeks. Basam was wonderful! He had the car pulled up before I got to the dealership. We sat in the car and he went through most of the features and gave some great information on the car. We took the car for a test drive and loved the car. They had the best price for the most features I wanted in a car. They didn't even need to see my trade in to work with me. Basam and Eric worked with me until we had the right price without being aggressive. Had they been aggressive, I would have walked out and found a different dealership. Then Mo worked with us on the final financing. He was a little aggressive with the additional options, but we worked everything out sucessfully. I walked out extreemly impressed with the level of customer service and happy with my car. If that wasn't enough customer service, they had a party a month or so later so you could meet the service personel (Tom, Junior, Ralph) and ask any questions you may have with your car. I feel confident and comfortable coming to them for any service issues I need help with. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE AUTOBARN!!!! More
I love my car, however I have purchased 6 cars in my lifetime and this was BY FAR the WORST car buying experience! You should be embarrassed by the customer service provided by your Used Car Sales Mana lifetime and this was BY FAR the WORST car buying experience! You should be embarrassed by the customer service provided by your Used Car Sales Manager. He was rude, pushy, rushed because he was outside smoking and disrespectful. Kendall was nice during the purchase, however in the events since my purchase (i.e. a we owe to fix a part on my car) he has been disorganized, made excuse after excuse and needs his hand held. I also had a brand new automatic start in the vehicle I traded in, never taken out of the box. When I left on Saturday after purchasing my Mazda, I forgot my mats, i-pass and automatic start in my old vehicle. I came back on Monday to pick these items up and the automatic start had been completely water logged. In my opinion as a business person, this should have been replaced, however instead I once again received disrespect, excuses and am now stuck with a brand new automatic start that my husband has gotten me as a gift that most likely does not work... I would NEVER recommend anyone I know go to your dealership and will tell everyone to steer clear of it! After my we owe is fixed, I will also be bringing my car to an alternative Mazda dealership for service. I really suggest you put some time and money into customer service training for your employees! More
I found the vehicle I was looking for, a 2010 Mazda Miata, on Autotrader.com. It was located at the Autobarn, and from that point on I worked with Eric Vates, the general manager, and Marty Klam, a sal Miata, on Autotrader.com. It was located at the Autobarn, and from that point on I worked with Eric Vates, the general manager, and Marty Klam, a salesman. Both were very prompt in responding to my phone calls and emails, and they interacted with me in a helpful and professional manner. There were some minor delays in shipping the vehicle from the Autobarn to my home in Texas, but these delays were beyond their control. When I received the vehicle, it was in excellent condition with one exception: there was no spare key. I again contacted Eric and Marty, and they provided me with a spare key at their expense. They also agreed to pay for the cost of calibrating the key when I take it to my local Mazda dealership. I enjoyed working with Eric and Marty from start to finish, and I appreciate their concern and thoughtfulness regarding my satisfaction! More
