bad experience this time I have used the service center a few times and overall they are great . However I had a really bad experience this last weekend. My appointment took over 2 hours for an upgrade and an XM radio update. I was told it would take maybe half an hour for the radio update; but I really did not plan to be there 2 hours. And to make things worse -- I had scheduled this service call. The waiting room was jammed so clearly they did not schedule well. Worst part -- now I have to go back. My tire light just went on. Thee guys that work at the desk are super nice, but I sure would have appreciated them letting me know upfront it was going to be 2 hours. More

Friendly and prompt service I had a headline go out of my 2010 Mazda 6 and called on a Saturday Morning to see if I could get the light replaced. (One needs to take the wheel and I had a headline go out of my 2010 Mazda 6 and called on a Saturday Morning to see if I could get the light replaced. (One needs to take the wheel and the plastic thingy around the tire off to get at the light bulb area) They said they would see what they could do because all the appointments were booked for the day. A family friend of ours recommended to check out CJ Wilson's Mazda in Countryside (about 45 minutes away). We called them and they were able to work with us in getting the best deal possible. After coming in, everyone from the salesperson to the finance, to the service dept. and cashier were friendly, professional, and invested in our well being. It was a smooth transaction and when the time comes for me to purchase another Mazda, I'll be coming to CJ Wilson's again. Thank you everyone and I love my Mazda6! More
