Customer Services goes above and beyond! The moment you pull into the service area, you are greeted in a friendly and professional way. The individuals working behind the counter are super friendly and know what they are talking about. I came in for my 4 month checkup and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. They even have a courtesy car that gave me a ride to the train station and later picked me up too. My car was ready before I even made it into work. I love that they wash my car and have it all ready and looking good when I pick it up. Even though this is my first maintenance check on my new vehicle, I've been in there several times to have extra accessories installed. I've always found their service department to always be consistently friendly and professional at the same time, along with being super fast. They never hesitate to answer my questions and I always have a lot of those. More

Per the second service rep (can't remember names at the moment ...don't have my paper work with me) but one line item was auto populated for the wrong price and he had to reprice it manually. Car was supposed to have been washed but when I was at the gas station...miles away after I had left. I noticed grease/dirt marks on the panels near the tires. Just a comment, it didn't look like it was washed. More

Miata's Rock ...but to keep my Miata zoom-zooming along, I always take it to my dealer for routine and preventive maintenance and fixing 'stuff;. David always lets me know if any fluids need changing, or anything else I wouldn't know of. They always do a full inspection and this is a comfort...and then they wash the car, too. frustrating, its, been almost a month and the error they m Bought the car on 8-27, and they transferred my plates tot he new car, sort of. They actually transferred the plates to the wrong vin number. All the paper work was for the wrong vin number. I didn't know this but did see the start of the problem when I tried to get vanity plates and the Secretary of State web site kept telling me there was an error. About a week later the dealership called me and asked if both sets of keys worked. I said I only tried the one set. I went in and sure enough the other set belonged to a different car. In the mean time I got my insurance for the wrong vin and the finance company sent me the invoice for the first payment for the wrong vin. My wife and I had to go in wait an hour and resign all the paperwork, get the correct keys and be told that we'd get the new plate registration the next day. I had to call the finance company and the insurance company. I had to call the dealer, because they did not call me as promised, to only be told it would be a week before I'd get the new plate registration. Still don't have it. Still waiting for the finance papers, They gave me a few extras for my inconvenience, but I'm won't be happy until this mess is finalized. More
