Luckily I had the full wheel service package, because they were able to cover everything at no additional cost to me. A 3rd party came in to repair the bent rim and they were not going to be able to work on it for at least a day. Mazda gave me a free 2016 Mazda 6 rental that included all toll charges while I waited on the repair for the day. This allowed me go about my usual business. Overall the service department workers were friendly, as usual, and very accommodating. More

The thing looks cool. Omar e-mailed me back within minutes of my inquiry and we set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive the car. I test drove the car. It was cool. The whole staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very laid back which is was reassuring for a first time car buyer like myself. We settled on a price. I thought my journey was over, but I could not be anymore wrong. Now it was time to speak to the finance guy. My nerves were trembling. But it turns out, Brian was cool. He explained everything in detail to me, which was overbearing, but I did my best to comprehend and retain as much information as possible. It was 10:30pm, getting late. I signed the papers, they gave me a rental to drive home while they prepared my car to pick up in the morning. I own a Mazda 3 Hatchback now. I am cool. More
