Bad Experience Went in for oil change and was informed I needed front brakes replaced. Go elsewhere Ronnie was not there for my appointment, only one of the cars we had discussed me driving out of several was there. The person we ended up working with gave us one price, then when we declined to purchase the extended warranty they wouldn't sell the car at that price originally offered and raised the price. Either the warranty is optional, or it isn't. If I didn't need a car, and the Year/Make/Model with options I wanted wasn't at this dealership, I absolutely would've gone elsewhere. Their financing person was rude as well, and questions post-purchase have gone unanswered. Overall a very poor experience - luckily there are plenty of Mazda dealers, and in the future I will go to a different one. I would suggest you do the same! More

Love the new car but I think I may have overpaid and did not receive my partner discounts. I did receive a voucher for the damage that was done by the porter but I was told about it right when I was about to drive off with the car instead of before signing my paperwork. I also signed a blank S-plan form that was supposed to disclose my discount for working for Chase bank. The finance manager told me " I will Fill it out later, I dont want to waste your time " yet all of the other paper woek was pre filled , including one for a tire repair plan, except that document with the discount. When I reviewed the contract at home I don't see my partner discount anywhere in the paperwork and I see that I paid full invoice price for the car I leased. I asked the finance manager what was the full price of the vehicle with my discount and he paused and was hesitant to tell me. I had also asked Bart for the price of the vehicle and he told me I would pay 3k less than I actually did, I have that in writing on an email. I also asked that my "auto guard" from my previous vehicle that I paid for be transferred to the new vehicle, I was told that it would, only to be told later that it wasn't and that I would be taken care off whenever I come in for service.. I do love the new car, but I think for someone making their third purchase in 4 years at your dealer I should have been given all of the discounts I deserve and better quality of service. It seems like I was " walked" as auto sales men like to say. Once I am finished leasing this car I believe this will be my last purchase at your dealership and I do not think I will recommend the hundreds of clients and peers from chase I work with everyday. By the way I have sent my own employees to your dealer in the past and they did not buy, they went and bought Mazdas somewhere else because of the treatment they received. More
