I asked if you can turn off running lights instead of having them on all the time. Service replied "yeah our technicians haven't figured that out, it's like it's a secret or something, we would have to cut the wires and we don't want to do that". It's in the service manual to see service about this. Wasn't happy about paying 29.95 for tire rotation. More

Friendly & courteous service by knowledgeable salesman I haven't bought a car in many years and have never bought a brand new car. I was dreading the over-aggressive sales tactics I was sure I would encou I haven't bought a car in many years and have never bought a brand new car. I was dreading the over-aggressive sales tactics I was sure I would encounter. The Countryside location was a bit out of my way, but I am happy I went to CJ Wilson and am very pleased to have met and dealt with Omar. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was always attentive without being pushy or aggressive. When I came out to test drive a CX5, he had the model I was interested in sitting at the door waiting for me to get right into it. At another dealer I had to wait over a half an hour for them to bring a car out and then in was a different model. That is just a simple example of how they go out of their way to please you at CJ Wilson. I highly recommend getting in touch with Omar and heading out to Countryside. More

Friendly, Professional and Thorough Service I have brought my car to other authorized Mazda service center around the Chicago area and CJ Wilson Mazda is by far the best of the lot. Called in fo I have brought my car to other authorized Mazda service center around the Chicago area and CJ Wilson Mazda is by far the best of the lot. Called in for an appointment and dropped my car off the next morning for service. They were very friendly and professional the whole time. They called me a few hours later for an estimate to replace the rotors and flushing the system. The car was ready to be picked up before 5PM. More
