Had a fantastic experience with the service department, so knew that if I ever needed to buy a new Mazda, I would be back. Well with a baby on the way and a huge dog to tote around the Mazda3 was a little cramped so we came in to double down on our Mazda commitment with the stunning 2017 CX-5. Had reached out to the dealership online and Marta was the one that responded. I also reached out to two other area Mazda dealerships just to make sure I was getting a good deal. I was please with Marta's professional response in the form of an email and phone call, and I explained our wants and needs, but said we were in the research phase and needed time to think on some things. She was very polite, quoted me a price for the car as I wanted it built and then left me alone for a few days. This was the best thing she could have done. Other area dealers reeked of desperation with multiple phone calls and form emails every single day since then, which put me off a great deal. Well we ended up buying from Marta and she was very professional and got us a fair deal in my opinion. I also didn't tell her I was coming in and she did a great job juggling taking care of us while also attending to customer who were nice enough to schedule with her. She stayed quite later than close to finish things off with us and we were very pleased with the overall experience. More

Total Bait & Switch Tactic I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership, after speaking with the manager regarding the specs on this car the night before, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership, after speaking with the manager regarding the specs on this car the night before, I drove from far away to look at a CX-5, which they had listed on their website as a 2016.5 for $21,496. After test driving, I had noticed that it did not have all the options that they claimed and was told that they had "mistakenly" listed it wrong. I was willing to move forward even with less options, but they then came back and increased the price by $500...while I was sitting there, since they thought it was under priced for market conditions. So now it's less options at a higher price. You would think they would honor the price THEY had it listed for OR would have had the decency to tell me on the phone before making the trek down there. Total bait and switch! I would never deal with this dealership again! Buyer beware. More
Didn't do what I asked for I brought the car in because it was making noise. I was told they were short handed and they couldn't figure out what was making the noise. They did however change the oil, and charged a ridiculous $80. If I want the noise diagnosed I would have to come back and pay a $65 diagnostic fee even though the car is still covered under their original warranty. No thanks. More
Great service! I recently brought my Mazda in for routine servicing before a road trip. To my surprise they identified a break issue while there. Despite needing a part from Japan, they resolved the issue within a few days so we were on the road as planned. We even got to use a courtesy car to get around in the meantime. Super efficient. Knowledgeable & helpful. So glad they found and fixed it before spending a few weeks on the road! More
