Very Polite and Customer Service I went to get an oil change and have some additional minor maintenance with my car. The service desk rep. said it would take anywhere from 2 to 4 hou I went to get an oil change and have some additional minor maintenance with my car. The service desk rep. said it would take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. I was with my 2 and 5 year daughters at the time so stated just to have the oil change done because I could not wait 2 to 4 hours. Plus it was raining outside. They were nice to provide me with loaner which allowed me to get all the maintenance completed as well take care of my day to day errands. Thank you More
