Smooth experience Wasn’t really shopping for car and just looking around while my Optima was being serviced. When changing the transmission fluid and filter in my 99 Solara, I have dealt with Patty Dunn for several years. She has been a great help to me. When changing the transmission fluid and filter in my 99 Solara, the mechanic damaged my oil pan and transmission. (He is no longer with them). Patty saw to it that I had a vehicle to drive (at no charge) over the weekend while waiting for a transmission replacement to arrive from California. I would rate her at a "20" on a scale of 1 to 10!! I ask for Patty EVERY TIME I schedule work on my 2016 RAV4 ! More
