Warning, Be Very Cautious dealing with Napleton Toyota issued a combined total of 4 safety related recalls on the Toyota vehicles I purchased from Napleton. There were also multiple service letter Toyota issued a combined total of 4 safety related recalls on the Toyota vehicles I purchased from Napleton. There were also multiple service letters. Neither Toyota, nor Napleton stood behind their products to resolve failures they knew about and said the extended warranty had ended. Many were from defective supplier parts or software, but they would not replace or offer any assistance. Last issue with differential was $3,936.36 out of my pocket, plus loss of use and added cost for rental car during one plus weeks without the vehicle. Thanks a lot Napleton!. Will not buy another Toyota and certainly would never deal with Napleton. Anyone want a Toyota Avalon, Rav 4 or Camry, let me know, getting rid of all four I own. . More
Awesome Customer Service I was having an issue with my vehicle, it was making a strange noise, but was intermittent. The salesman who sold me my car was most helpful. He too I was having an issue with my vehicle, it was making a strange noise, but was intermittent. The salesman who sold me my car was most helpful. He took a ride with me in the car to hear the noise, and then was able to provide more detail to the service department when I took it in. Bruce went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced properly and that I was happy. More

Smooth experience Wasn’t really shopping for car and just looking around while my Optima was being serviced. Everything was closed because of early appointment and that Wasn’t really shopping for car and just looking around while my Optima was being serviced. Everything was closed because of early appointment and that is when I came face to face with Woody. I asked when doors will be open and he said right now and we entered and just told him I was just looking. He said no problem have a look around.
