Not Trustworthy I recently had a reoccurring problem with my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. It had 50,00 miles on it so it should have been covered by their warranty. They to I recently had a reoccurring problem with my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. It had 50,00 miles on it so it should have been covered by their warranty. They told me that since I had been using Mobil 1 15,000 mile oil, my warranty was not good because I had not changed the oil after 7500 miles as Hyundai suggests. I made them aware of the fact that they had changed the oil for me using the 15,000 Mobil 1 oil and Mobil 1 oil filter that I brought in to them. They did not tell me then that I would have to change the oil before the 15,000 Mobil 1 recommended time. When I pointed this out to the service manager he told me that we will put any oil in your car that you bring in. He told me NO OIL lasts more than 7500 miles. I wrote a letter to the general manager at Napleton but I did not receive a reply. At this point in time, I do not have any confidence in their service deartment. More
