HUGE THANK YOU to Jessica Huskisson, Service Advisor, and mechanic Cody!! I limped in on a completely flat left front tire on my Kia Optima last night at almost closing (it was a holiday too). I'd puncture mechanic Cody!! I limped in on a completely flat left front tire on my Kia Optima last night at almost closing (it was a holiday too). I'd punctured it and you could hear the air exploding out of it. I was panicking for fear that I'd destroyed the tire and would have to replace it. Jessica and Cody took care of me and my Kia. Jessica sent me to get a tea at their complimentary coffee/tea stand while Cody diagnosed the issue and then repaired my tire. Great customer service!! Most places would have said, "Leave it or come back tomorrow, we're closing," not Jessica and Cody. Thanks again!! I'll be back for when my Kia needs servicing. This is a FIVE STAR review!! It only comes up as 4.3 :( More
Today my wife took our 2019 Audi Q7 into the Napleton VW dealership for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection as it is a sister brand to Audi. Upon completion, our auto was turned over to my w dealership for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection as it is a sister brand to Audi. Upon completion, our auto was turned over to my wife. She initially found significant grease stains on the driver's side carpet and carpeted floor mat. She also found the steering wheel to have oil or grease on it. She returned to the service center and notified the service advisor of the issue. He took the auto to the "detail" shop and returned in about 10 minutes and said "It looks good to me". My wife was surprised to find the stains were still present after it had been "detailed". She decided to just leave the dealership and take care of it at home. Upon returning home from work, I found the air cleaner has not been serviced and one of the engine cowling mounting tabs had been broken but not noted in the service report. We basically received an oil change and tire rotation with stained interior and broken cowling for $154.00. Disappointing! I've lived in this community my entire life and won't be returning to Napleton for anything and recommending the same to those I know. More
My son has been waiting over 3 hours for his car. Now they have him blocked in waiting for people to pick up their cars. What on earth is goin on???? This better NEVER happen again. This past monday we brought our vw atlas cross sport back in because of a front end vibration/shimmy. We have had the car in there at least 2 other times for this, starting in January of 2021. No one can see in because of a front end vibration/shimmy. We have had the car in there at least 2 other times for this, starting in January of 2021. No one can seem to duplicate it. However, this past monday, magically it was duplicated only to be told the tires were cupping.....(remember its been in there at least two times since january and no one said a word about the tires) These are 60,000 mile tires with only 21,000 miles on them. They told me that I would have to pay for the tires myself. Talk about shady. 2 weeks before this appointment they couldnt find a thing and now they want me to spend over $700 on tires. The front end vibration/shimmy has been there since we bought the car (not to mention they didn't pay the loan off right away and we had to make additional payments on a car we didn't even own anymore) but we are expected to pay for tires that should still be good or they should stand behind the vehicles they sale. I will be taking this elsewhere to have it looked at. So buyers beware, they cant pay off loans on time and the service department is ridiculous. More
Service dept does great work, but they charge a $140 "diagnostic fee" which is non negotiable and totally unreasonable. My wife and I bought 2 new vehicles there, but we will not be back now that their "diagnostic fee" which is non negotiable and totally unreasonable.
