Everything was great with the salesperson, price, and trade-in experience. HOWEVER, I waited over one hour before I could meet with the Business Manager. M. Stoner was as unprofessional, rude, and nasty as anyone I have ever dealt with. She obviously doesn't like dealing with the public and must have failed the lesson in ""people management." I am a senior citizen but resent being treated as such and her snide remarks!! She detracts from such a nice experience with the salesman and others at the agency.
