Kudos to Mr. Johnson and Mr. Helm! My husband and I stopped by one evening and we left with our new 4Runner. Both gentlemen were patient and listen to our needs. Johnson and Mr. Helm! We were at the dealership late in the evening and they made sure everything was taken care of to our liking. Mr. Johnson took the time around 9:30pm to set up our Toyota app and answer any questions about our new vehicle. Thanks to both of them for the excellent customer service. More

I purchased my RAV 6 years ago and have loved my car. The dealership is great and even though I moved to Florida, I often return and get it serviced at Napleton. This time I was greeted by Brandon, whom I found to be extremely personable, professional, and customer-focused. I ended up buying two new tires. I returned to have them installed when I knew Brandon would be there to make sure everything was right. He was a joy and made me feel good about spending more money!
