Had my prius breakdown cause my hybrid inverter coolant pump broke on the highway while going to Chicago, went straight to the dealership and they got us in right away. Told us the process and offered us a ride back to my place. It made a stressful day much better. He also was very clear and consistent on his communication of what was going on. He broke down all the issues and expenses and documented everything with videos. He even figured out how to contact us about repair delays due to power outages from a storm (he called us through a landline). Would go again and work with Todd. More
