My advisor TODD was extremely helpful. I called 3 times as I kept changing my mind about when to bring in my car. Terrible experience with sales department. A new 2023 Highlander Hybrid was posted on-line so I provided my contact info. Received a call next morning from a sales person. We discussed trade-in of my current Hybrid, and she set up a test drive etc for two hours later (she said they'd have the vehicle ready to drive etc). Drove to Napletons and the sales person said they didn't know what I was talking about, that this vehicle was non-existent. I asked how come I have two texts, including appointment time, from the other sales person. He acted like I must be confused. No apologies or anything. I tried calling back the sales person I spoke with who set up the test drive and was told she would call me back asap. Never got the call. By the way, the vehicle is still posted on their website as just arrived. Ridiculous. More
