When I took my Toyota in for regular service, everyone from the gentleman who met me at my car to Nick doing my paperwork, everyone was super nice and explained everything. Had an appointment at 8:20 for oil change annd tire rotation. Arrived at dealership at 8:15. Waited to get into service garage until 8:28. Then they have to take pictures and then take you inside and w rotation. Arrived at dealership at 8:15. Waited to get into service garage until 8:28. Then they have to take pictures and then take you inside and wait even more for an advisor. It is now 9:58 and I am still waiting for my truck to be finished. So much for having an appointment and simce when does it take over an hour to change the oil? What a joke. And you still want to charge me out the butt for your service. Do better! More
