Todd kept me apprised of the cost & work & got it finished in a timely fashion. I had loosened the panel underneath my ‘17 Prius by pulling up too close to curbs. The staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. Todd was my service advisor at my most recent service visit and he did a great job of advising me regarding the routine, preventative maintenance, keeping me updated through text messages (hooray for text updates!!!) and was thorough and very responsive to my questions and concerns. In addition, the waiting area is large, clean, comfortable and customer friendly though for my most recent service, I did use the complimentary shuttle service which is also very convenient. 10/10 would recommend Napleton Toyota of Urbana and will continue to return to them for the life of my car and into the future.
