I bought a used Genesis GV80 from this dealership - low mileage 7,000 miles. We drove from Indianapolis to pay for and pick up the car. What could have been a big mess turned out to be a great experience mileage 7,000 miles. We drove from Indianapolis to pay for and pick up the car. What could have been a big mess turned out to be a great experience because of the honesty, integrity and professionalism of the management - especially the new GM Greg Freeman. There were some paint issues with the car when we arrived to pick up the car and we were almost ready to drive home without the car. However, Greg met with us and told us that we could take the car to our Indianapolis based Penske Collision to have any paint issues taken care of - and that the Napleton dealership would pay for the work. True to his word, when the work was completed Greg had a PO sent to Penske covering all of the repair costs. Exceptional support!!!
