If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would! I came from out of town to purchase my dream vehicle and had the absolute worst experience with Idris in Finance. I kept trying to explain my situati I came from out of town to purchase my dream vehicle and had the absolute worst experience with Idris in Finance. I kept trying to explain my situation (I was replacing a totaled vehicle) so the sales tax situation was different. I tried explaining this to them multiple times but it kept falling on deaf ears. Told them I was overpaying the sales tax and when I went to my DMV to register the vehicle, guess what?!?! They couldn’t do anything with the check because it was TOO MUCH! Have tried working with the dealership after the fact to right their wrongs and it has been the most miserable experience! Do not purchase a vehicle from here if you have any sort of complex situation, cause they don’t have the capacity to understand!!!! More
