Sam is the BEST! !!! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased with Sam. Two Tellurides and a Seltos that I helped my daughter purchase for her first car. Sam goes abov !!! Made an appointment with the dealer to see a car we were interested in. We drove for two hours after making and confirming the appointment. When we arrived, we were told that the car has sold just before we interested in. We drove for two hours after making and confirming the appointment. When we arrived, we were told that the car has sold just before we got there. Mind you that the car showed as being at 78 days on the market. Then the miracle happened someone buys it before we arrived. Of course they offered us a different car that was almost twice the price of the one we came to buy. No one called us to let us know that someone else was looking at it, and it was in the process of being purchased. The salesman, claimed he just started there and he hates giving us that bad news (where have we heard that one before?) My opinion: do not bother visiting nor dealing with these unprofessional deceitful individuals. They were unprofessional and without a shred of common courtesy. Would not recommend just because of their lack of decency and their disregard for common courtesy. More
