Todd was extremely swift, considering, and observant when helping with my routine Toyota service this morning. Some of the best service I have had at a Toyota center. helping with my routine Toyota service this morning. Some of the best service I have had at a Toyota center. More

Their service center destroyed my car and they refuse to pay for it. I bought a brand new car a year ago, took in for warranty work. They had someone who did not know what he was doing work on my car who pay for it. I bought a brand new car a year ago, took in for warranty work. They had someone who did not know what he was doing work on my car who destroyed it. The first time I brought it in for the warranty work they said they had to order parts and I needed a coupling for the steering wheel, fuel injectors, and electrical stuff for corrosion. I waited weeks when they called and the parts came in and I made an afternoon appointment. I was called back because they cancelled my appointment and told me I had to come in earlier so they could finish it the same day. I rescheduled and brought it in at 7am. They open at 730. I waited over 8 hours and called for an update and I was then told they ordered the wrong part for the electrical/computer issue. They said there was nothing wrong with the steering wheel and the fuel injectors weren't doing the same thing and weren't being replaced. I was angry and asked them why no one called me to tell me this all day. I showed the mechanic the steering wheel was still loose and told them that there's no way the fuel injectors fixed themselves and I was still having starting issues and clicking sound when it wasn't starting right. They said they were ordering the correct part and, after me getting mad, said they would replace the injectors. I waited weeks and was told my car was not safe to drive and they told me they would get the right parts and call me. Two weeks went by, then three, then for and they said they got them. Going on five weeks they said my car would be done. I picked up my car and was unable to work all that time because I'm a full time Uber driver and can not drive with a loaner car. My car broke down after for hours. I had to wait 3 hours for a tow at midnight in freezing weather then take an Uber to McDonald's and wait till they opened at 730. Theni had to Uber back to the dealership. I have text messages from the manager that tell me the name of the employee who worked on my car who I was told was fired because of what he did to my car. Then when I texted them that I wanted compensation for my lost wages since he screwed up my car then he tried saying he didn't screw it up he just didn't fix anything or everything. The first loaner car they gave me was leaking oil so I had to put oil in it twice. They gave me another loaner this time and it had a cracked windshield. Both loaners were supposedly "new" cars. I got a ride in a courtesy car the first time and the windshield was cracked so bad you could barely see out of it yet they drove us in it unsafe. I was also told that there was a lot they were finding wrong including the wiring and given the Kia Consumer Affairs number which did nothing. They told me I had to get my lost wages from the dealership. I finally got my car back and they said it was something to do with the fuel pump getting fuel and I drive it back to my sister's 2 1/2 hours away and it kept dying out. That's when I panicked. I brought it into a Nissan dealer nearby and did a panic buy and traded it in and put myself more in debt and lost lost money by trading in the new car I bought only a year ago. Everyone I talked to the except for Heather was rude AF. They didn't care about me at all, didn't care that my car was damaged, didn't fix it right, and haven't paid for my lost wages. During all of this I asked them to give me a new car under the lemon law. I also asked them to make it right by giving me the full retail value of my car as a trade in and lower the price of some cars I looked at and then I can go back to work. Instead they offered me less trade value than the Nissan dealer did and did nothing to try and make up for their employees destroying my car. All xx excuses. No customer service. $13,000 in lost wages during my busiest time which I proved to them with pay stubs from previous year during the same weeks. They need to be put out of business!!! More
The Toyota Service staff are amazing. It’s really busy but they take time to listen to your concerns and don’t discount your opinions or thoughts on any issues of concern. Roger especiall It’s really busy but they take time to listen to your concerns and don’t discount your opinions or thoughts on any issues of concern. Roger especially is great. My experience with purchasing a car has been a bit uneven in the past with having excellent one time, and having mid level another time…but the people of toyota are top notch in purchasing and service.
